1. How can I find a specific item online?
To search for a specific item using the style name (or style number), please use our search page.
2. How do I place an order?
Once you have added an item to your shopping bag, you can start the checkout process by selecting "checkout" from the shopping bag bar at the bottom of your screen. Or to place an order by phone, please call our Customer Service team at 1-866-225-2992.
3. Can I place an international order?
No, we cannot currently take international orders. Also, you can only place an order with a valid U.S. credit card.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you will have the option of returning it to one of our store locations in the U.S. or to return it by courier. See the return policy section for more details.
