1. What payment methods are available?

We do not accept cheques, cash, credit vouchers or international credit cards. Your billing address must exactly match your name, address and zip code exactly as they appear on your credit card statement. This information is used as a part of the validation process of your credit card.
Please note that the shipping and billing addresses must be valid U.S. addresses (PO boxes are not accepted).
Your phone number and email address are also required in case our Customer Service team needs to contact you about your order.
2. Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
Taxes are charged based on state and local tax laws, and the applicable tax rates for your order. Where required, taxes may also be applied to shipping fees. If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes paid on the returned item. You will not receive a refund for the taxes paid on the shipping fee for said item. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless you are returning something as a result of a shipping error.
